While I appreciate that he needs to tell the people the importance of getting back into the bus on time and not to distract him with questions (presumably when driving), there are better ways of doing it considering that he is in the tourism industry, not the military. The good thing was that you had more free time in Quebec city but then why the high price for so much free time? They were also not clear about the pickup time from the hotel. Instead of telling you, somewhere in one of the tickets/vouchers it apparently says contact them…”

“Felt like the trip could have shown so many more interesting things, neighborhoods etc ... Instead 30 minutes is wasted very unimpressive little market so people could grab something to eat which I could have easily done on my own time and I definitely think you should get to choose if the tour is going to be exclusively in French or english. The back and forth having to repeat everything twice from the tour guide was mentally tiring and uninteresting.”
