“We were driven to a hotel where we had lunch way downstairs at a place called Jade Fountain. We were not familiar with the restaurant process and were blindsided with a bunch of dishes brought to us. Not knowing we were being charged for each dish. Our driver knew the restaurant owners. Our tour guide did not explain any of the sites we were seeing. He was more like just our glorified driver. It was not a good experience for the money charged. We definitely did not have a good tour guide.”

“Tour operator did not know that Whistler’s Cable Car was closed to the public until June 10 (this was June 7) - and it was a. 2 hour drive away. The excursion was advertised as an Olympic Village yet there was nothing except retail stores and restaurants. We paid over $1200 for a day of driving. I think Seb, our tour guide, felt bad, so he drove us in traffic around the city. Was not knowledgeable when I asked questions. I’m shocked because this is the first time we have had a bad excursion and have taken dozens over the years. Tremendously disappointed and feel ripped off.”

You actually don't have time to go up the space needle cause it's too crowded, but you have to find something to do for the 2hrs you're there. Pike Market is WAY too crowded to enjoy any of it. No washrooms on the bus. This was my 2nd trip with Viator and both were kinda mediocre. Won't book with them again.”

“Wow!! What a wonderful experience!! Sinisa was a great guide and was clearly knowledgeable about this trail. He knew all the ins/outs and had a great sense of the distance between the lakes wherever we were. He was also very accommodating of my slow hiking speed and never left me to fend for myself. He took lots of great pictures of everyone in the group for us too. It was such a relief that he handled the day passes for everyone too. I would definitely go on another excursion with him we the guide.”
