Upon arrival in Calgary there was no driver waiting for us as advertised “ meet and greet” - we had to spend 30 minutes trying to call and message the company and when we finally reached someone they said they were trying to phone us and the driver was someplace outside. We are international travelers with esims and we were relying on the fact that this company was to be outside the arrivals with a sign with our name as advertised and paid for - instead we had the stress of trying to locate our ride and standing in…”
